Position 1: Warehouse Administrator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, accounting, supply chain management, or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in store, warehouse management, or logistics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Ambition to advance in the field of supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
The Warehouse Administrator will oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, issuing, tracking, reconciliation, and organization.
Position 2: Showroom Assistant
Qualifications:
- Degree in any field
- Minimum one year of customer service or reception experience (retail experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in cash register operation and computer use (Word, Excel, Google applications)
- Positive and professional demeanor with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
The Showroom Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Position 3: Junior Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
- BA degree in marketing or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in brand awareness campaigns for new brands
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in graphic and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and project management software (e.g., Trello, Slack)
The Marketing Associate will lead marketing efforts for Dodai products, including brand building and implementing strategies to positively represent the company and its offerings.
