Position 1: Assembly Technician Interns
Key Responsibilities:
Perform intricate assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.
Conduct precise calibration and advanced adjustments using testing instruments.
Develop assembly and test procedures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
Monitor equipment functionality, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Maintain log books according to standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements:
TVET graduate (Level II and above) in Automechanics or related fields.
Fresh graduate from a reputable TVET institution.
Proficiency in industry-specific factory equipment.
Preferably skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Multitasking ability, outstanding time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Position 2: Production Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data acquisition strategies to evaluate factory efficiency.
Continuously analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Recommend and implement changes to workstations, tools, and equipment to enhance production.
Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations to identify potential inefficiencies.
Job Requirements:
Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field at the bachelor’s level.
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in E2W, E3W, and vehicle manufacturing.
Good understanding of car manufacturing efficiency and tooling.
Thorough knowledge of ergonomic principles and best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
Hands-on work approach, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
Position 3: Junior Quality Assurance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, execution, and oversight of product inspection and testing for quality and conformance.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a factory setting, preferably working with similar products. Additionally, proficiency in quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools is essential.

Position 4: Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Officer

Job Requirements:

Position 5: Public Affairs Director (Transport Sector)

Engage actively with government, industry, and community stakeholders to support sustainable transportation initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and respond to policy and regulatory developments affecting the e-mobility sector.
Represent the organization in discussions related to sustainable transportation policies.
Job Requirements:
Extensive background in the transportation industry within Addis Ababa.
Advantageous to have prior involvement with the Addis Ababa Transport Bureau or Transport Ministry.
Demonstrated success in shaping and impacting policy and regulatory landscapes.

Position 6: Director of Finance
Primary Duties:
Generate precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Lead tax and audit compliance efforts.
Implement and improve efficient financial processes.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of five years of professional experience in roles related to finance or accounting is required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
