Position 1: Quality Assurance Officer
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a factory setting, preferably with similar products (E2W, E3W, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Warehouse Team Leader
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and team leadership
- Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting
