Dodai Manufacturing Plc (Dodai) is a newly established company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, having launched on August 1, 2023. As a rapidly expanding organization, Dodai is dedicated to making e-mobility accessible across Africa with its innovative products and services. Position 1: Junior Sales Representative
Location: Shagger City
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales experience or a similar role.
- Highly motivated and driven by performance metrics.
- Knowledge of direct sales strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Oromiffa (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Position 2: Direct Sales Team Lead
Location: Shagger City
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in a leadership role within the automotive or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in Oromiffa (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Expertise in direct sales techniques and team management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships and fostering team unity.
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and coaching team members to excel in sales and customer interactions.
Position 3: Engineering Supervisor
Location: Shagger City
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 2 years managing a vehicle repair team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle dynamics, motorcycle performance, and durability factors.
- Experience with test protocols, testing strategies, equipment, and schedules.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus.
- Experience with scientific programming tools like MATLAB is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Valid motorbike license for Addis Ababa is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical tools, pneumatic tools, and data acquisition systems.
- Experience with lithium-ion batteries is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and familiarity with the latest global testing technologies.
