DH Consult was registered as company with Addis Ababa Trade and Tourism Bureau and Ministry of Infrastructure Construction Sector,and started operation in year 2000. And subsequently:
- Reorganized and upgraded in January 2003 as Grade IV Water Resources Consultant,
- Reorganized for the second time and upgraded in May 2006 and registered with the Ministry of Water Resources as General Water Resources Consultant Category III.
Position 1: Senior Water Supply Engineer
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree or higher in Water Supply, Hydraulic, or Sanitary Engineering, with at least 8 years of experience in designing and supervising water supply projects. Proficiency in water supply modeling software is required.
- Quantity: 2
Position 2: Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in designing and supervising water supply projects. Strong knowledge of design software is essential.
Position 3: Senior Surveyor
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, with 7 years of experience in surveying for water supply projects and proficiency in relevant software.

Position 4: Irrigation Engineer
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Irrigation Engineering, with 7 years of experience in the design and supervision of irrigation and dam projects. Expertise in computer modeling software is required.
Position 5: Hydraulic Engineer
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering, with 7 years of experience in designing and supervising irrigation and dam projects. Proficiency in computer modeling software is necessary.
Position 6: AutoCAD Technician
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Drafting, with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Quantity: 2
Position 7: Senior Hydrogeologist
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Hydrogeology, with 8 years of experience in studying and designing groundwater and water supply projects. Knowledge of groundwater software is required.
- Quantity: 2
Position 8: Senior Secretary
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, with 6 years of experience.
