Open Positions:

Position 1:Cashier

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage
    • Strong communication skills for teamwork and partnership management
    • Experience in assessments, best practice documentation, and community work
    • Experience with TVET
    • Ability to conduct training and track progress

Position 2: Education in Emergency Program Manager

  • Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree in Education or EDPM
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Skills:
    • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Job Description:
    • Oversee planning, implementation, and management of project activities
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to WeWorld and donors
    • Maintain relationships with the humanitarian community
    • Represent WeWorld in coordination meetings and update the Programme Director

Position 3: Project Coordinator

  • Qualifications:
    • BA/MA in Project Management, Sociology, Social Work
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in NGOs/CSOs
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional local languages is a plus
    • Strong communication and team management skills
    • Experience in assessments, best practice documentation, and community engagement
    • Familiarity with TVET
    • Proficient in report writing and technology applications

  • Skills:
    • Experience in entrepreneurship training and private sector development
    • Partnership development with public and private sectors
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is advantageous

  • Responsibilities:
    • Identify target groups for development training
    • Facilitate life skills, employability, and entrepreneurship training
    • Develop tools and support women in creating personal development plans
    • Guide and support women in identifying community resources for livelihood goals

  • Qualifications:
    • BA/MA in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, or related social science fields
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

    • Experience in research, assessments, and community work
    • Proficient in report writing and technology applications

Position 6 :Finance Officer

  • Qualifications:
    • BA/MA in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Skills:
    • Advanced PC skills, including MS Word and Excel, and financial software
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of government grant procedures and IPSAS; experience with Peachtree is a plus
