Required Academic Background:
Diploma/Level-IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Administrative Secretary, Administrative Office and Secretarial Technology, Office Administration and Secretarial Technology, Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations Coordination, or related fields in Secretarial Science and Office Management. Certification from COC is mandatory.

Age: Not exceeding 30 years
Gender: Female

Work Locations: Headquarters, South Addis Ababa Branches, Fiche Branch, Sebeta Branch, Ambo Branch, Woliso Branch, and Ginch Branch.
Position 2: Secretary

Position 3: Senior Secretary
Required Academic Background:
Diploma/Level-IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Administrative Secretary, Administrative Office and Secretarial Technology, Office Administration and Secretarial Technology, Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations Coordination, or related fields in Secretarial Science and Office Management. Certification from COC is mandatory.

Age: Not exceeding 40 years
