Academic & Professional Qualifications:
Obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related area of study.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
The Senior Employee Relations and Welfare Officer oversee employee welfare and wellness programs and manage related funds. They may also support the HR Services manager in industrial relations matters.
