Position 1: Performance & Total Reward Officer

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

The Performance & Total Reward Officer aids in designing effective employee performance management processes, encompassing clear expectations, feedback mechanisms, employee development initiatives, and recognition and reward systems. Moreover, the incumbent is tasked with designing and ensuring the competitiveness and equity of compensation practices in alignment with the bank’s strategy and industry benchmarks.

Position 2: Online Learning & Development Officer

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields from a reputable university.

Professional qualifications in Human Resources are advantageous.

Experience:

At least four (4) years of pertinent experience is required.

The Online Learning & Development Officer orchestrates online training programs, managing scheduling, design, facilitation, and coordination of internal and external training initiatives. Responsibilities also include overseeing the distribution of training materials, organizing training spaces, and participating in assessing training needs and outcomes.

Position 3: Senior Performance & Total Reward Officer

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields from a reputable university.

Having a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration provides significant benefits.

Professional certifications in Human Resources offer advantages.

Experience Requirement:

Position 5: Senior Online Learning & Development Officer
