Position 1: Economic Recovery Specialist – Irrigation Engineer/Irrigation Agronomist
Requirements:
Experience and Technical Competencies:
- BSc or MSc degree in Agronomy, Irrigation Agronomy/Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, General Agriculture, Plant Science, Crop Production, Animal Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the specified fields, with at least 2 years in agriculture-based NGOs/agricultural research institutes.
- Experience in research and community engagement.
- Proficiency in project management, budget administration, and donor reporting.
- Computer literacy (Office 360 and MS Outlook) with strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Irrigation Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, General Agriculture, Plant Science, Crop Production, Animal Science, or related fields.

- Diploma/Certificate in General Agriculture, NRM, DRMS, Rural Development, Forestry, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in community development work.
- Fluent in English with local language proficiency being mandatory.

- Strong coordination, representation, and interpersonal skills, along with a high degree of computer literacy.

- Fluency in English and computer literacy.

Position 5: Business Development & Grants Manager (Expat and Nationals)
Requirements:
Experience and Technical Competencies:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in humanitarian emergency contexts with grants management responsibilities, including at least 2 years at a management level.
- Knowledge and experience working with multiple sectors, including protection, food security, WASH, economic recovery, and mine action.
- Proven ability to lead a high-performing and diverse team, manage performance, and foster a positive working environment.
- Extensive knowledge of UN, US, and European institutional donors and their compliance requirements.
- Technical expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation and Information Management.
- Excellent writing skills.
Education:
- University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, International Development, or related fields. An advanced degree is preferred.
