Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
Have a minimum of 4 years of pertinent work experience in financial management roles within NGOs.
Demonstrated experience in handling grants from EU, USAID, and other donors is essential.
Proficient in computer skills, especially advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
Ability to interpret intricate grant funding requirements, submissions, and budget projections.
Previous experience in organizational capacity building is a requirement.
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a multitasking role.
Adaptable to a flexible schedule and demonstrated self-starter qualities.
Capable of working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
Hold a qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
Demonstrate at least 3 years of pertinent work experience within NGOs, with expertise in Finance, administration, procurement, or logistics.
Exhibit outstanding proficiency and understanding of logistics, financial administration, and accounting procedures.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in both Amharic and English languages.
Ability to work under pressure in a multitasking role.
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Proficient in computer usage and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
