Position 1: Agriculture and Natural Resources Officer

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources or Agriculture, with at least five years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with three years of relevant experience.
  • Competencies:
    • Willingness to travel frequently and work in field locations.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve results for beneficiaries.
    • Experience in supervising, training, and coaching staff.
    • Strong communication and report writing skills.
    • Negotiation skills with government and other agencies.
    • Proficiency in oral and written English.
    • Interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
    • Ability to work under pressure.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant finance experience.
  • Knowledge of major donors’ rules and regulations, such as USAID, EU/ECHO, Irish Aid, and DFID.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a related role within an INGO.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and computer literacy.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, M&E, or Research.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years of relevant experience with a postgraduate degree.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in humanitarian and development programming is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in primary qualitative data collection methods.
  • Experience in quality assurance in data collection.
  • Ability to provide technical advice and support.
  • Experience in training and capacity building.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software and digital data gathering systems.

  • Basic managerial skills.
