Job description
Plans, organizes, directs, and oversees the banking operations of the assigned branch through subordinate supervisors.
Prepares and submits annual budgets and work plans for approval, implementing them upon endorsement.
Ensures adherence to established operational policies and procedures regarding deposit acceptance, loan disbursement, safekeeping services, and cash handling.
Job requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/banking and finance/management/economics or related fields.
Experience
Six years of banking experience, including two years at the supervisory level.
Location: koborobit branch under dessie district
