Position 1: Customer Service Officer – I
Job Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely information regarding the bank’s services.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Process withdrawals and cash disbursements with precision.
Authenticate customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
Ensure completion of all necessary documentation for customer transactions.
Conduct foreign currency exchange transactions as per customer requests.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
Location: Adama Area Office Branches.
