Position: Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Graduates from 2022 and 2023 with a CGPA above 2.5.
- Age under 30.
- No prior experience required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Manage cash and non-cash transactions and customer requests at the branch.
- Provide front office customer service support at the branch.
