Position 1: Site Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor and inspect the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and present site reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation
Position 2: Finance Director
- Education: MSc/BSc in Accounting or Accounting and Finance
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Finance Director

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of financial strategies and policies
- Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and board of directors
Position 3: Project Manager
- Education: Degree in Construction Management (COTM) or Civil Engineering
- Experience: Proven work experience in managing construction projects

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays
Position 4: Executive/Managerial Assistant
- Education: MSc/BSc in Operation Management or Business Administration
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in operations
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and managerial support to senior executives
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and policies
- Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for executives
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive decision-making
