Position 1: Site Engineer

  • Education: BSc in Construction Management (COTM) or Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Proven work experience in site engineering
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Salary: As per the company scale

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project
  • Monitor and inspect the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Prepare and present site reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation

Position 2: Finance Director

  • Education: MSc/BSc in Accounting or Accounting and Finance
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Finance Director
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Salary: As per the company scale

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of financial strategies and policies
  • Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and board of directors

Position 3: Project Manager

  • Education: Degree in Construction Management (COTM) or Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Proven work experience in managing construction projects
  • Place of Work: Jimma
  • Salary: As per the company scale

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays

Position 4: Executive/Managerial Assistant

  • Education: MSc/BSc in Operation Management or Business Administration
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in operations
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Salary: As per the company scale

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and managerial support to senior executives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and policies
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for executives
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive decision-making
  • Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives
