Position: Arts Marketing Specialist Consultant
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Business, or a closely related field.
Role-specific knowledge and experience:
5–7 years of proven work experience as a Marketing professional, specializing in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Content Management.
In-depth knowledge and a strong understanding of various social media platforms, functionalities, algorithms, emerging trends, and best practices are essential.
Proficiency in developing and executing campaigns, as well as creating diverse content types, including written (blog posts, captions), visual (images, graphics, videos), and interactive (polls, quizzes).
Exceptional English writing skills are essential.
Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Proficiency in either French, Arabic, Amharic, or Portuguese would be an added advantage.
Competence in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Strong understanding of marketing principles, encompassing branding, target audience segmentation, and the customer journey.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
