Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage driver recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling for ride-hailing services.
Coordinate with driver suppliers, monitor driver performance, and ensure fleet capacity meets customer demand.

Assist in the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS).
Supervise timely maintenance and rectification of hardware and software in various work units.
Oversee timely preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, software, and network connections.
Specific Tasks:
