Our extensive services include designing Monitoring and Evaluation plans, frameworks, and systems, conducting high-quality research, developing strategic/implementation plans, conducting baseline studies, mid-term, and end-term evaluations in various fields, performing data quality audits, strengthening data use for decision-making systems, and capacity development.

Position 1: Research Assistants


Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Candidates must be willing to work in the following districts: Bole, Yeka, Bishofu, Hawassa, Mekele Zuria, and Axume Zuria, and must speak the local dialects of these areas. Priority will be given to persons with disabilities.

Position 2: Qualitative Facilitators

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years of experience in conducting field research and evaluations.
  • Experience in conducting assessments on Disability, Gender, or Social Inclusion is required.
  • Experience with Disability Assessments, specifically using Washington Group Questions, Gender Rapid Assessment Guide, Harvard Analytical Framework, 24-hour Calendar tool, and Activity Profiling Tool, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain data quality, and use mobile data collection applications such as ODK, Kobo, Survey CTO, or CommCare.

Additional Qualifications for MSc/MA Holders:

  • MSc/MA with two years of experience or BA/BSc with at least three years of experience facilitating Key Informant and In-Depth Interviews, moderating Focus Group Discussions, and facilitating community entry initiatives.
  • Strong skills in generating high-quality transcripts, effective teamwork, and excellent listening and writing skills.
  • Experience in conducting qualitative studies on Disability, Gender, and Social Inclusion is an added advantage.
