Position 2: Qualitative Facilitators
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years of experience in conducting field research and evaluations.
- Experience in conducting assessments on Disability, Gender, or Social Inclusion is required.
- Experience with Disability Assessments, specifically using Washington Group Questions, Gender Rapid Assessment Guide, Harvard Analytical Framework, 24-hour Calendar tool, and Activity Profiling Tool, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, maintain data quality, and use mobile data collection applications such as ODK, Kobo, Survey CTO, or CommCare.
Additional Qualifications for MSc/MA Holders:
- MSc/MA with two years of experience or BA/BSc with at least three years of experience facilitating Key Informant and In-Depth Interviews, moderating Focus Group Discussions, and facilitating community entry initiatives.
- Strong skills in generating high-quality transcripts, effective teamwork, and excellent listening and writing skills.
- Experience in conducting qualitative studies on Disability, Gender, and Social Inclusion is an added advantage.
