Position 1: Sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Confidently pitch ideas and present them clearly to potential clients.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Generate reports.
Salary:
- Base salary of 10,000 ETB + Commission.
- Commission: 50,000 ETB per sale.
Type of Employment:
- Contract-based (extension dependent on performance).

Position 2: Content Creator (Copywriter)
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Journalism, Art, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Proficiency in both English and Amharic.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality content in both Amharic and English.
- Collaborate with the marketing team.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
Position 3: Cameraman and Video Editor
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor.
- At least 1 year of experience in a junior role.
- Strong skills in video editing and videography.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee video recording and editing processes.
- Work closely with the digital and creative team.
- Monitor video content performance and propose improvements.
Position 4: Graphic Designer
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer.
- At least 1 year of experience in a junior position.
- Proficient in graphic design software.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual content.
- Collaborate with the digital and creative team.
- Create visually appealing designs.
