Position 1: Telemarketer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential customers and drive sales through phone interactions.
  • Answer inquiries, provide detailed information about products and services, and handle orders and transactions effectively.
  • Follow prescribed scripts and use expertise to deliver consistent and accurate information to customers.
  • Nurture customer relationships by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional post-sales support.
  • Provide valuable insights to supervisors to help improve products, services, and sales strategies continuously.


Position 2: Accountant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Over 3 years of experience in accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work

We seek a professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration. As part of our finance and admin department, you will manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. You will also provide support to our clients and staff.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Record and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
  • Assist in auditing financial processes and documentation.
  • Maintain organized financial records and files.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
  • Run the daily administrative operations of the company.
