We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Position 1: Branch Clerk/Credit and Saving Trainee
Education/Training:
- BA degree in Accounting or a related field.
Experience:
- No prior work experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and record mortgage and savings card transactions at the sub-branch.
Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Basic understanding of Interest-Free Financing (Shariah principles).
- Strong work ethic and continuous learning.
- Basic PC skills.
Position 2: Branch Cashier
Education/Training:
- BA degree in Accounting or related business fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle receipt, disbursement, and secure custody of cash.
- Manage fixed property and supplies from Head Office.
Skills:
- Well-organized with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Financing (Shariah principles).
- Confident in cash handling.
- Pleasant demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic PC skills.
Position 3: Branch Customer Service Senior Officer/Accountant
Education/Training:
- MBA or BA degree in Accounting or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in a secretarial role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch financial activities in line with institutional policies.
- Maintain accounting records and prepare financial statements and reports.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Financing (Shariah principles).
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Professionalism and integrity.
- Basic computer skills.
Position 4: Branch Customer Relation Officer
Education/Training:
- BA degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct social promotion, facilitate savings and mortgage collections, and manage client interactions.
- Evaluate mortgage applications and oversee loan disbursements and collections.
Skills:
- Understanding of Interest-Free Banking and basic Shariah principles.
- Strong technical and managerial skills, sound judgment, and effective interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of participatory approaches and sustainable development.
- Commitment to teamwork and gender equality.
- Basic computer skills and excellent communication skills.
Position 5: Branch Manager
Education/Training:
- MBA or BA degree in Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or equivalent.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of related experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and control branch operations to meet institutional targets.
- Manage credit activities, follow-ups, and attract new savers.
- Participate in departmental planning.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Financing (Shariah principles).
- Strong management skills, effective communication, and team-building abilities.
- Technical and managerial proficiency, sound judgment, and collaborative spirit.
- Understanding of participatory strategies and sustainable development.
