Job Purpose:
The goal is to safeguard company assets and ensure the security and safety of all personnel, visitors, and the premises. This involves reducing and detecting crime by operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, monitoring live and recorded video footage, and reporting incidents or suspicious activities to the supervisor as needed.


Position 1: Procurement Operation Analyst


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Statistics, or Business Administration preferred.

Experience:

  • Five years of experience in supply chain operations and data analysis, with at least three years in the beverage industry.

Location: Addis Ababa


Position 2: Logistics Operation Analyst


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Statistics, or Business Administration preferred.

Experience:

  • Five years of experience in supply chain operations and data analysis, with at least three years in the beverage industry.

Location: Addis Ababa


Position 3: Finance Business Partner


Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Treasury.

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in finance, business control, or auditing.

Position 4: Maintenance Manager


Education:

  • BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

  • 8 years of experience.

Position 5: Lead Business Applications Administrator


Education:

  • MSc/BSc in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 6 years for MSc and 8 years for BSc in application management roles.

Position 6: System Administrator


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BIS, MIS, or related fields.
  • MS Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator/Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certificate is a plus.

Experience:

  • 4 years of equivalent work experience in managing server environments.

Position 7: Sr. IT Helpdesk


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BIS, MIS, or related fields.
  • CCNA, CompTIA A+, or ITIL Foundation Certificate is a plus.

Experience:

  • 4 years of relevant experience.

Location: Addis Ababa


Position 8: Business Controller


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management with a concentration in Finance. Chartered Certified Accountant (CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA) qualifications preferred.

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of professional experience.

Location: Addis Ababa


Position 9: Electrician (Kombolcha/Zeidar)


Education:

  • TVET Level 3 or Level 4/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and CoC in Industrial Electricity, Electro-Mechanics, Electronic Technology, Industrial Electricity, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 5, 3, or 1-year experience as an Electrician in an FMCG factory or industrial setting.

Position 10: Logistics Operation Analyst


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Statistics, or Business Administration preferred.

Experience:

  • Five years of experience in supply chain operations and data analysis, with at least three years in the beverage industry.
