Position 1: Real Estate Sales Consultant
Job Requirements:
No prior sales experience required
Exceptional negotiation skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Understanding the current state and patterns of the local real estate market.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads through networking and alternative methods
Lead clients through the sales journey and effectively finalize transactions.
Achieve assigned sales targets
Conduct effective office consultations and site visits
Handle client inquiries professionally and nurture strong relationships
Collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction and successful transactions
Keep yourself informed about the latest developments and shifts in the real estate market.
Position 2: Real Estate Sales Consultant
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Familiarity with the current state and trends of the local real estate market
Capacity to operate autonomously or collaboratively within a team
Duties:
Source potential sales opportunities through networking and unconventional approaches
Assist clients in navigating the sales journey and efficiently finalize transactions
Attain specified sales objectives
Carry out productive office meetings and on-site inspections
Respond to client queries in a professional manner and foster enduring connections
Coordinate with various teams to guarantee high client contentment and prosperous transactions
Keep abreast of developments and shifts in the real estate market.
