Berhan Bank S.C. was formed in accordance with Article 304 of the Commercial Code of Ethiopia with the aim of operating within the banking sector. This objective is outlined in Article 3 of the company’s Memorandum of Association. The bank obtained registration and licensing from the National Bank of Ethiopia on June 27, 2009, with a paid-up capital of Birr 95.7 million, divided into shares of Birr 1,000 each, and a licensed capital of Birr 300 million.

Position 1: Manager – Digital Payment Reconciliation and Settlement Division

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in banking, including at least 5 years as the head of the digital payment reconciliation and settlement section or its equivalent

Position 2: Manager – Card Issuance and Dispute Management Division

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in banking, with at least 5 years as the head of the card issuance and dispute management section or its equivalent

Position Title 3 : District Digital Banking Division Manager

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as Head of District Digital Banking Section or equivalent.

Position 4: Director – Digital Operation Department

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 13 years in banking, including at least 8 years in a managerial role within digital operations or its equivalent

Position 5: Manager – Mobile Money and Agent Banking Division

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in banking, with at least 5 years as head of the mobile money and agent banking section or equivalent

Position 6: Manager – Merchant Management Division

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in banking, including at least 5 years as head of the merchant management section or its equivalent
