Position 1: Branch II Manager
Qualifications: MA/MBA in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 4 years for MA/MBA holders, and 7 years for BA holders, including 2 to 3 years as a Branch I Manager in an insurance company. Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English

Position 2: Manager
, Recruitment and On-boarding Qualifications: MA/MBA in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 10 years overall with over 3 years in a managerial role. Skills Required:
- Ability to develop long-term integrated operational plans
- Fluency in Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English (spoken and written)
