Position 1: Telephone Technician

  • Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Electronics Technician or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in telephone technician, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Responsibilities: Establish communication systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data telecommunications network circuits and equipment. Prepare technical specifications and evaluate bid documents for all telephone facilities and equipment.

Position 2: Principal – Digital Partners Relationship Management Officer

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, MIS, E-Commerce, Economics, or related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate digital partners relationship management, handle relationships with corporate billers, online merchants, fintechs, etc., and oversee digital integration activities within the bank. Source and implement digital/ecosystem partnership opportunities.

Position 3: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics with a minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
  • Responsibilities: Plan, organize, lead, and control branch banking activities. Ensure adherence to bank procedures, rules, and regulations. Lead branch sales and customer service initiatives and guide operational excellence. Prepare and submit annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reports.
  • Location: Mekoni Branch – Southern Tigray Zone, Mekoni Town, V.No HO/00550/24

Position 4: Senior Accountant – IFRS Project

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting and Finance with at least 6 years of work experience. Certification of ACCA/CPA & IFRS Diploma is an added advantage.

Position 5: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics with a minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position.

  • Responsibilities: Plan, organize, lead, and control branch banking activities. Ensure adherence to bank procedures, rules, and regulations. Lead branch sales and customer service initiatives and guide operational excellence. Prepare and submit annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reports.
