Our services include customized photography, cultural, birding, and wildlife tours, utilizing our own fleet of vehicles. For high-end services, we provide luxury SUVs and helicopters. We are also recognized as experts in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector.

Position 1: Sales and Marketing Intern

Qualifications and Education Background:

  • BA Degree in any field
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager or assigned staff with all allocated duties
  • Conduct desktop research and gather data via surveys or interactions with clients and staff
  • Participate in conferences, workshops, events, and exhibitions
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of managers
  • Update documents and sales data
  • Review sales performance against targets
  • Observe and assist with sales processes
  • Identify potential weaknesses and suggest improvements
  • Assist managers with negotiations
  • Keep a log of all learned information and deliver presentations to staff and stakeholders
  • Assist the QHS, HR, and Sales managers

Position 2: HR/Admin Intern

Qualifications and Education Background:

  • BA Degree in any field
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • File documents and answer client and employee inquiries
  • Schedule interviews and confirm applicant availability
  • Gather and organize job functions
  • Write employee communications and correspondence about HR policy updates
  • Ensure compliance with labor codes and relevant local and state laws
  • Assist in career days and company social and networking events
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required
  • Assist the QHS, HR, and Sales managers

Position 3: QHS Intern

Qualifications and Education Background:

  • BA Degree in any field
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control checks on documentation
  • Review and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Write audit reports, non-conformance, and corrective action reports
  • Assist the QHS, HR, and Sales managers
