Position: Junior Event Management Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in event management or a related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Event Management Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in event management and possess excellent English communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling multiple tasks, managing deadlines, and contributing to the successful execution of various events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate gatherings
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event logistics
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules
  • Handle event marketing and communications, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the event management team to develop innovative event concepts and strategies
