Position: Customer Service Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a trainee banker, junior customer service officer, or an equivalent role within the banking industry.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa city branches.
