Position: Trainee Banker
Educational Qualification: Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Year of Graduation*
✔ 2020 (Graduates who completed their studies after March 01, 2020 only), 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 GC Graduates.
✔ Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.75 and above
Under the close direction of an assigned supervisor, the Trainee Banker will work in various branches of the bank to gain practical experience, learn on the job, accumulate work experience, and assist in branch-specific activities.
Place of Work: Branches within the Tigray Region.
