Position 1: Senior Human Resource Business Partner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources.
  • MS/MA in Human Resources.

Required Experience:

  • Over ten (10) years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least six (6) years of HR Business Partnering experience.
  • 6 – 10 years of demonstrated experience in strategic HR leadership and business partnership roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations in relevant global markets.
  • Capability to work independently, make informed decisions, and assess situations based on practice or previous experience.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize multiple demands and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR decision-making, leadership talent assessment, and effective interaction with high-level business and operations leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand key objectives, challenges, and opportunities, recommending People and Culture (P&C) initiatives to support organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and counsel on organization design, development, workforce planning, talent management, and all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead significant organizational change management and culture development initiatives to support business growth objectives.
  • Work with senior leadership to maintain a continuous focus on a high-performance culture, ensuring high-impact results and a robust talent pipeline.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment and onboarding of diverse, skilled professionals.
  • Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work culture and employee well-being.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Provide guidance on employment laws, ensuring legal compliance in all HR practices.

Position 2: Intern – Human Resource

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Volunteering experience in Youth leadership.
  • No work experience required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, report writing, problem-solving, and networking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in finalizing Pension form documentation and follow-up with internal staff for document clearance.
  • Provide clerical support for planned trainings, including Transformational Leadership and staff retreats, by coordinating with the HR team, regions, and participants.
  • Support pre- and post-training evaluations and summarize reports.
  • Follow up on the completion of mandatory online trainings, compile completion certificates, and document them in personnel files and EDMS.
  • Assist with HR record management routines, including scanning and filing personnel files.
