Position 1: Security Guard – I (Male)
Requirements:
Completion of 10th or 12th Grade
Two years of relevant experience in military or police service
Age between 25 and 50
Job Purpose: To ensure the safety and security of the organization, its personnel, and customers, fostering a welcoming environment while preventing any security breaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patrols and maintain security of premises
Control access of individuals and vehicles
Report any suspicious activities
Prevent inventory losses and report discrepancies
Maintain clear communication via radio or other devices
Prepare detailed daily reports of activities and incidents
Perform other related duties as assigned
Location: Addis Ababa, Dilla
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
Three years of experience in banking operations or customer service roles
Job Purpose: To ensure excellent customer service, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote the bank’s products and services, thereby contributing to branch resource mobilization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster strong customer relationships and promote the bank’s image
Provide timely and accurate reports on plan performance
Adhere to the bank’s code of conduct and organizational culture
Deliver services according to service level agreements
Contribute to the bank’s profitability targets
Foster teamwork, collaboration, and transparency
Comply with the bank’s internal control and risk management policies
