Position 1: Senior Network Administrator
Job Purpose:
Responsible for installing, configuring, securing, and maintaining the Bank’s network infrastructure and related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Division Manager in their absence.
- Participate in the development, review, and implementation of policies, procedures, and division budgets.
- Mentor junior staff, enabling them to achieve optimal performance.
- Uphold the Bank’s code of conduct and promote its corporate culture.
- Execute other related tasks as necessary.
Specific Duties:
- Set up and configure network systems for the entire bank.
- Monitor network performance to ensure reliability and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular tests to verify system speed, security, and stability.
- Perform routine audits and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, with at least two (2) years in a senior role.

Position 2: Senior Core Banking Administrator
Job Purpose:
To provide technical support for system analysis, design, development, and the customization of software packages to meet the Bank’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical and functional integrity of enterprise applications.
- Assist in upgrading enterprise applications and developing workarounds when needed.
- Conduct feasibility studies for system improvements.
- Participate in system analysis, design, and development activities.
- Customize and test software packages to ensure they meet Bank standards.
Specific Duties:
- Manage and track system change requests and user issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and design test plans.
- Resolve incidents and manage events and problems according to Bank policies.
- Prepare software documentation and project status reports.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to IT officers and users.
Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with at least two (2) years in a senior role.

Position 3: Senior IT Systems Administration Officer
Job Purpose:
To support the Bank’s operations by managing, securing, and maintaining the enterprise systems and datacenter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Division Manager in their absence.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development and implementation, as well as division budget planning.
- Mentor junior staff and foster high performance.
- Represent the Bank’s culture and values to the public.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Specific Duties:
- Administer and maintain various servers including web, application, database, file, and mail servers.
- Monitor system integrity, availability, and hardware utilization.
- Review system logs and ensure the completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Oversee system services to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least two (2) years in a senior role.
