The bank is currently seeking qualified and competent individuals to fill the following vacant positions:

Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking operations, such as Customer Service Officer (CSO), Customer Service Representative (CSR), or similar roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently managing front-line customer service activities.
  • Drive resource mobilization efforts through cross-selling the bank’s products and services.

Location: Adama, Chiro

Position 2: Branch Manager Grade – I

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, with at least 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 2 years as a Senior Officer in banking operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sustainable growth and profitability by cross-selling the bank’s products & services.
  • Manage overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.

Location: Chiro, Seladingay, Shashemene

Position 3: Messenger & Cleaner – I

Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade 10th/12th.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Securely deliver packages, documents, and messages in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workspaces to support the bank’s customer service process.

Location: Shashemene

Position 4: Security Guard – I (Female)

Requirements:

  • Completion of 8th Grade or 10th/12th Grade.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service or 4 years as a lady searcher (if 10th/12th Grade).

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety and security of the organization and its personnel.
  • Provide a welcoming environment for customers.

Locations: Addis Ababa, Chiro, Jigjiga, Meragna, Modjo, Rema, Sheno

Position 5: Security Guard – I (Male)

Requirements:

  • Completion of 10th/12th Grade.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safety and security of the organization and its personnel.
  • Ensure a secure and welcoming environment for customers.

Locations: Aleta Wondo, Shashemene
