We are currently seeking qualified and competent candidates for the following positions:

Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II

  • Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operations as a CSO, CSR, CSE, or similar position.
  • Purpose: Enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently handling front-line customer service activities, and increase branch resource mobilization by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
  • Location: Meti

Position 2: Internal Control Officer I

  • Qualification: BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Age: 25-50 years
  • Purpose: Ensure branch operations comply with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and relevant laws by conducting procedural audits and strengthening the Bank’s internal control system.
  • Location: Gambella

Position 3: Branch Manager Grade – I

  • Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 7 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 2 years as a Senior Officer in banking operations.
  • Purpose: Achieve sustainable growth and profitability by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services, acquiring and retaining customers, improving customer service, and managing overall retail banking operations.
  • Locations: Dargie, Gambella, Jimma, Meti, Teppi
