ALTA Computec PLC, a leading provider of ICT solutions and large-scale brand hardware distribution in Ethiopia for many years, is seeking highly skilled, energetic, and qualified individuals to fill the following open positions:
Founded in 1994 with an initial capital of $15,000, ALTA Computec has grown into a $25 million company. We specialize in designing and implementing IT systems that are simple, flexible, and scalable for our clients.
Our coffee export division, LATA Agri Export, established 14 years ago, is now poised for expansion to meet increasing customer demand. We are currently looking for committed and dynamic candidates to join our team in the following roles:
Position 1: HR Assistant
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field.
Experience: No prior experience required.
Skills Required: Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Position 2: Junior ATM Technician II
Qualification: Level III/IV Diploma in Hardware and Network Services (HNS) or Electronics from a recognized college. COC certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on experience for Level III/IV diploma holders, including at least 1 year in a Junior ATM Technician role.
- 2 years of hands-on experience for BSc graduates, including at least 2 years in a Junior ATM Technician role.
Skills Required: Strong interest in electronics and mechanics, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
Number of Positions: 3
Position 3: Network & Security System Engineer
Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar IT role.
Skills Required: Ability to provide customer-focused network and security solutions, and experience in designing and configuring network and security systems.
Position 4: Senior ATM Technician II
Qualification: Level III/IV Diploma in Hardware and Network Services (HNS) or Electronics from a recognized college. COC certification is advantageous.
Experience:
- 5 years of hands-on experience for Level III/IV diploma holders, including at least 3 years in a Senior ATM Technician role.
- 3 years of hands-on experience for BSc graduates, including at least 2 years in a Senior ATM Technician role.
Skills Required: Comprehensive understanding of ATM operations, including hardware, software, and security systems. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electronic issues.
