Position: Enterprise Strategy & Partnership Manager
Qualifications:
- MSC, MA, BSC, BA in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in a senior planning, monitoring & evaluation role or equivalent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the bank’s strategic plans.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of strategic plans as necessary.
- Drive process design and improvement initiatives to align strategy with operational models.
- Utilize statistical models for business target and budget forecasting.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and research projects.
- Prepare the annual bank plan and budget aligned with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate market share and oversee financial and non-financial performance monitoring.
- Assess underperforming branches and recommend performance enhancement strategies.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
