Position: Officer for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise Relationships
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics, Management, or related disciplines.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in roles such as Junior MSME and Startups Officer, Junior Credit Analyst, or similar positions.
Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the supervisor, the responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding MSMEs, managing loan requests, ensuring compliance with loan application checklists, preparing due diligence reports, maintaining loan files, overseeing insurance policy renewals, ensuring proper execution of credit decisions, and managing credit collections.
