Position: Branch Manager I
Job Description:
The Branch Manager will oversee the planning, organization, leadership, and control of the banking activities within a branch office.
They will ensure compliance with operational procedures, regulations, and codes of practice set by the Bank and regulatory authorities.
Additionally, they will coordinate sales/business development efforts and lead customer service initiatives while fostering operational excellence within the branch.
Responsibilities also include preparing and presenting annual budgets, work plans, progress reports, and actively engaging in community activities to promote the Bank’s services.

Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Required Experience:
A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in banking, with at least one (1) year in a role equivalent to Customer Services Manager.
Candidates for managerial positions must possess key competencies and skills including teambuilding, analytical ability, stress management, modern management techniques, organizational skills, sales target management, knowledge of financial industry laws and regulations, customer-centric approach, leadership, and human resources management.
