Aggar Micro Finance S.C is seeking to recruit competent professionals for the following vacant positions:

Position 1: Branch Accountant II


Qualification: BA Degree/College Diploma in Accounting & Finance or a related field
Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions
Number of Openings: 4
Location: Batu

Position 2: Credit & Savings Officer II


Qualification: BA Degree/College Diploma/TVET in Management Accounting or a related field
Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions
Number of Openings: 3
Location: Addis Ababa, Outlet Branches

Position 3: Branch Manager I


Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing/Management/Economics/Accounting or a related field
Experience: 5 years, with at least 2 years of relevant managerial experience in financial institutions
Number of Openings: 4
Location: Addis Ababa, Outlet Branches

Position 4: Manager, General Accounts Division


Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field
Experience: 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in senior positions
Requirements:

Profound understanding of accounting principles and practices
Comprehensive knowledge of the microfinance business
Excellent understanding of the financial regulations of the government
Good grasp of company governance policies
Ability to prepare financial statements with IFRS application skills
Location: Head Office
