Position 1 – Accountant
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
Record and maintain all accounting transactions.
Monthly preparation of schedules for receivables, payables, fixed assets, etc., from subsidiary ledger.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliation.
Prepare periodic inventory levels and sales reports.
Generate financial statements.
Compile and process payrolls for company staff.
Position 2 – Marketing and Sales Officer
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
Stay updated with in-depth knowledge of products and systems.
Identify potential customers, establish rapport, and address their needs.
Organize regular customer visits and compile reports.
Keep thorough records and analytical reports on all sales activities.
Create an extensive database of potential new customers/clients.
Gather and assess statistics related to marketable products, target customers, competitors, market volumes, and other relevant factors.
Organize and participate in trade shows and exhibitions when assigned.
Prepare and maintain all promotional materials.
Manage and update the company website.
