AJN, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation and with the full backing of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Labor and Skills, has launched the Milk Run initiative aimed at advancing job prospects for graduates across the nation. The campaign seeks to engage over 3,000 employers and enlist the support of 600 organizations. It is anticipated to yield 20,000 job openings through university tours and the National Career Expo, spanning 6 regions nationwide.

We are currently in search of a skilled and imaginative Graphics Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting visually captivating content for the Milk Run initiative. As a Graphics Designer, you will have the chance to leverage your design proficiency to promote employment opportunities for graduates nationwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the professional journeys of young individuals.

Position Title: Intern Graphics Designer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and CapCut
Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar capacity, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing creativity and design prowess
Mastery of graphic design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and CapCut
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-caliber designs within specified timelines
Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives
Knowledge of prevailing design trends and the adaptability to tailor designs for various platforms and audiences
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to comprehend the objectives and specifications of the Milk Run campaign
Conceptualize and develop visually captivating graphics, encompassing posters, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, infographics, banners, and signage
Design banners and signage for use during the university tour and National Career Expo
Employ a blend of imagery, typography, color palettes, and other design elements to effectively convey messages and captivate the audience’s attention
Remain abreast of design trends and industry best practices to continually enhance visual content
