Established in October 1998 initially as the “Admas Business Training Centre,” Admas University has evolved significantly since its inception. Originally offering tailored six-month short-term programs, the institution transitioned to college status in April 1999, expanding its scope and resources to meet the growing demands for education and training.

With eight campuses situated across Ethiopia, including six in Addis Ababa and two in Bishoftu and Mekelle, Admas University also extends its educational reach beyond Ethiopia, with campuses in the capitals of Somaliland and Puntland, namely Hargeisa and Garowe. Additionally, the university operates a Distance Education College with over 50 coordination offices nationwide.

Position 1: Junior Secretaries

Requirements: Minimum of Level four qualification in Secretarial Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience: Not required Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Assistant Executive Secretary

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Secretarial Science or related fields. Experience: Minimum of two years relevant experience. Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Library Experts

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience: Not required Location: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Deputy Executive Secretary

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Secretarial Science or related fields. Experience: Minimum of five years relevant experience. Location: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Library Head

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Library Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of three years experience as Library Head or Assistant/Vice Library Head in Higher Learning Institutions. Location: Addis Ababa

Position 6: Head, Campus Quality Assurance

Requirements: Bachelor of Education in English or Master’s Degree in TEFL. Experience: Not required for BED, minimum of three years for MA. Location: Addis Ababa

Position 7: Head, Campus Research and Community Service

Requirements: Master’s Degree in Educational Research and Development or related fields. Experience: Minimum of three years proven experience in higher education positions. Location: Addis Ababa (Mekelle Campus)

Position 8: Department Heads (Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Marketing Management, Computer Science)

Requirements: Master’s Degree or higher in respective fields. Experience: Minimum of two years relevant teaching experience, familiarity with academic rules and regulations. Location: Addis Ababa (Mekelle Campus)

Position 9: Head, Finance

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting and Finance. Experience: Minimum of three years relevant experience. Location: Mekelle

Position 10: Instructors for Undergraduate Programs

Requirements: Master’s Degree or Assistant Professor and above in specified fields. Experience: Minimum of two years teaching experience in Higher Learning Institutions. Quantity: 3 positions Location: Addis Ababa (Mekelle Campus)

Position 11: Instructors for Postgraduate Programs

Requirements: Ph.D. or Professor/Assistant or Associate Professor in specified fields. Experience: Minimum of two years teaching experience in Higher Learning Institutions. Quantity: 3 positions Location: Addis Ababa (Mekelle Campus)
