Position 1: Director of Organizational Development for Monitoring and Evaluation
Qualifications:
- MA/BA Degree in Business Management, Economics, Project Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Work Experience:
- MA or BA Degree with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a managerial role.
Position 2: Manager, Planning & Performance Department
Qualifications:
- MA/BA Degree in Business Management, Economics, Project Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
Work Experience:
- MA or BA Degree with 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a senior managerial position.
Position 3: Manager, Customer Relationship Management Division
Qualifications:
- Second Degree/First Degree in Marketing Management or a related field from a recognized university.
Work Experience:
- 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a senior managerial position.
Position 4: Archive & Records Officer, Head Office
