Position: Customer Relationship Management
Education: Completion of a Bachelor’s program in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
Experience: Seeking candidates who are recent graduates or possess up to two years of combined professional experience in comparable sectors.
Addressing all client-related issues
Promoting the company’s services
Handling orders and transactions
Providing information on company offerings
Engaging in proactive customer outreach
Resolving customer complaints
Gathering and analyzing customer feedback
Responding to customer reviews
Monitoring customer service KPIs and metrics
