Educational Qualification: Diploma (10+4) in Accounting & Finance Work Experience: 2 years’ work experience (experience in the Insurance sector is highly preferable) Special Requirement: Proficient in Word, Excel, and other computer software Job Grade: V

Competency Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • High coordination and proactive character
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Ability to maintain and improve standards and performance through the implementation of best practices Duty Station: Addis Ababa Branch Offices

Position 2: Manager, Legal Service

Educational Qualification: LLB/LLM in Law Work Experience: 10/8 years of relevant work experience, including three years in a managerial or department head position Special Requirement: Competence in MS Office Job Grade: XVI

Competency Requirements

  • High coordination and proactive character
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Ability to maintain and improve standards and performance through the implementation of best practices Duty Station: Head Office

Position 3: Manager, Litigation Division (Legal)

Educational Qualification: LLB/LLM in Law Work Experience: 8/6 years of relevant expertise, including three years in a senior or principal position Special Requirement: Competence in MS Office Job Grade: XIV
