Job Title 1: Supervisor Of Customer Service – Level 1
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for countersigning tickets/vouchers and authorizing transactions. They oversee cheque clearance activities, manage accounts of suspense nature, and ensure the reconciliation of accounts.
Educational Level and work Experience: BA degree in Economics/Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Finance with a minimum of three years of experience in banking operations.

Position 2: Branch Manager – Grade 1
Job Summary: The Branch Manager plans and coordinates overall branch activities, evaluates performance parameters, motivates customer service officers, recruits potential clients, and provides professional advice.
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or Business Administration with three years of work experience in banking operations, including one year in a supervisory position.
Place of Work: Branches under Dire Dawa city and Kebri Dehar Branch under Jigjiga City
Position 3: Branch Manager Grade -1
Job Summary: Similar responsibilities as Position 2.
Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or Business Administration with six years of work experience in banking operations, including two years in a supervisory position.
Place of Work: Wolita Sodo Branch/Shinshicho Branch/Bale Robe Branch/Gambella Branch
Position 4: DRIVER
Job Summary: The Driver is responsible for transporting passengers and goods, conducting routine inspections, performing minor repairs, and maintaining records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information.
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum 12th/10th grade with a third-grade driving license and a minimum of two years of related work experience.

Position 5: Risk And Compliance Management Officer
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or Business Administration with a minimum of three years of work experience in banking operations.

Role 6: Officer in Human Capital Management within the Talent Development Division.
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or Public Administration with a minimum of three years of related work experience in human resource management.

Position 7: Procurement Officer
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Management, or Accounting with a minimum of three years of procurement-related work experience.

Position 8: Manager – Interest-Free Banking Operations
Educational Level and work Experience: MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field with six/eight years of banking professional experience, including four years in a supervisory position.
