Position 1: Secretary
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a secretarial or administrative capacity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Position 2: Senior Storekeeper
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
Position 3: Senior Personnel Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Position 4: Senior Accountant
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- IFRS certification preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Peachtree and Peds.
Position 5: Aluminum Technician
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in Aluminum Fabrication or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aluminum installation.
- Proficient in using aluminum fabrication tools and equipment.
Position 6: Sanitary Works Supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Plumbing or Sanitary Engineering.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of sanitary systems and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Position 7: Audit and Inspection Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction inspection, auditing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Position 8: Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in construction projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
