- Experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and good typing speed
- Ability to manage customer queries and complaints effectively
- Innovative approach to improving procedures and productivity
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic is essential; knowledge of additional international languages is a plus
